Tamika serves a Global Client Advocate for WTW's National Public Entity Practice. She is responsible for assisting clients in establishing and overseeing complex risk management programs designed to meet specific servicing requirements.
Having served as Chief Risk Officer for both the cities of Atlanta and Chicago, as well as Director of Risk Management for Alexandria City Public Schools and Durham Public Schools, Tamika possesses over 25 years’ experience in the public entity sector. She also served as Head of Cyber Risk Management for Zoom Video Communications where she designed and implemented the groundwork for the cyber risk management program.
Tamika earned her Master of Science in Financial Management from University of Maryland-Global Campus and holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Georgia State University. Tamika is also a Certified Risk Management Professional as designated by the Risk Management Society.
