With over 25 years of experience in her field, she joined Kite Realty Group following its merger with Retail Properties of America (RPAI), where she held a similar role. In her current position, Ms. Severson is responsible for overseeing the company’s risk management and insurance programs, captive insurance program, claims management, business continuity, and enterprise risk management.
